The Compass is the career navigation system at the centre of the Metanoia platform. It reads everything you do across all products — every module completed, every application logged, every interview debriefed — and converts that into a Career Bearing (0–100) and a single highest-leverage next action, your True North.
Your Bearing is the average of five Compass Points: Career Intelligence (fed by Aladin), Profile Strength (Maverick), Interview Readiness (Nexus plus real interview activity), Network Capital (your real-world relationships), and Career Mindset (Horizon plus application velocity). Calibration answers set your starting baseline; course completion and Course Plotter activity move it from there.
Learning Access is free after registration — all four course products, the Career Map assessment, and up to five routes in the Course Plotter. The Compass (the subscription) unlocks unlimited routes, the full Waypoints chart, and the complete Navigation Briefing.
Nothing is deleted — ever. Your routes, waypoints, debriefs, and Career Bearing are retained in full. When you reactivate, your compass is exactly where you left it.
Go to Settings → Career Target and choose Recalibrate the Compass. The five-question baseline re-runs and your seed scores update.
Privacy & Data
Your data is stored securely and never sold to third parties. We use your career profile data only to personalise your experience on the platform. Compass tracker data lives in your browser's local storage and is preserved indefinitely — including through subscription lapses. You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings → Privacy & Data. We are building Metanoia to comply with applicable data-protection law, including Indonesia's PDP Law (UU 27/2022) — our privacy notice explains what we collect, why, and how to exercise your rights.
