We never sell your data.
Not to advertisers, not to brokers, not to anyone. Our revenue comes from memberships and institutional programmes, and we intend to keep it that way.
We never provide individual scores to employers.
Aggregate, anonymised insight only — always. Your readiness score exists so you can see yourself clearly, not so someone else can filter you out.
Your score is a mirror, not a gate.
It is feedback for you. It will never be used inside Metanoia to deny you access to anything you have paid for or earned.
Export or delete everything, any time.
Settings → Privacy & Data. Today most of your product data lives in your own browser and is already under your direct control; as we move to accounts, one-click export and deletion move with it.
We publish our methodology.
How the assessment works, what the five dimensions measure, and why — published so you can challenge it. A score you cannot interrogate is not feedback; it is authority.
We publish outcomes honestly.
Including when they disappoint us. We are in early access and our outcome record is being built now — we would rather show you a small true number than a large invented one.
Why commitment 02 matters most. Selling individual readiness scores to recruiters is the most obvious revenue line available to a platform like this. We are declining it deliberately, in public, because it would turn Metanoia into a more efficient version of the gatekeeping system it exists to counter. Holding this line is the price of the mission.
These commitments may evolve as the product grows, but they will not be traded away. If we change them, we will say so clearly, before it happens.
